Red Bull Serve Development

Develop a serve strategy with new Red Bull expression Curuba to be launched into national accounts Revolution and Nightcap.

Our partnership with Red Bull saw the launch of 7 new signature serves, using
brand new flavour Curuba. It was important to first analyse macro trends to
develop 3 flavour samples. We then developed the serves to ensure they hit key KPIs of aesthetics, simplicity and margin.

The serves were tested to ensure speed of service, so the national accounts could seamlessly adopt them. The result, 7 distinctive serves, carefully crafted to complement the product offerings in two key national accounts.
